3. Hotel/Address Pickup: Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation. For apartments/Airbnb, provide the full address and entry instructions in advance. 15 minutes of free waiting time is included.

4. Contact: If you cannot find your driver, please contact us immediately via the Viator messenger.

5. Special Requests: Child seats, oversized luggage, or pickups outside central districts must be arranged in advance.
