Hotel / Apartment Pickup: Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance. For apartments/Airbnb, provide the full address and entry instructions (gate code, building number, etc.) in advance.

Exhibition Pickup (Canton Fair / Others): Please provide the hall number and gate/entrance for smoother coordination.

Airport Pickup: Driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall with a name sign. 60 minutes of free waiting time is included.

Train Station Pickup: Driver will wait inside the arrivals hall with a name sign. 30 minutes of free waiting time is included.

Communication: If you cannot find your driver, please contact us immediately via Viator messenger (or WhatsApp/WeChat if provided).
