Hotel/Address Pickup: Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation. For apartments/Airbnb, provide the full address and entry instructions (gate codes, contact info, etc.) in advance. 15 minutes of free waiting time is included.
Contact: If you cannot find your driver, please contact us immediately via the Viator messenger.
Special Requests: Child seats, oversized luggage, or pickups outside central districts must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.
