About transport:
If the group is located in the same place or accommodation, we will be able to pick them up from there. Otherwise, the meeting point will be defined as Parque de El Poblado, and they will be transported from there to the activity site. Is the same to comeback.

What to expect
Then we participate in a sound healing session and guided meditation.
We prepare to dress and go to the Temazcal. We move to the forest and the Temazcal area. We review instructions for entering the Temazcal and prepare for the cleansing with medicinal plants. This may include optional practices such as smudging and using plant-infused water to cleanse the respiratory passages, similar to the practice of neti in India.
We perform the ritual of fire and the directions. Enter the Temazcal, which consists of four "doors" representing earth, water, air, and fire. Hot stones are placed in the center of the dome, and once the door is closed, water with medicinal plants is poured over the stones, increasing the temperature. Chants and guided words accompany the experience. Birth and exit of the Temazcal, we share fruit and then proceed to change in order to position ourselves in the therapeutic dome from the beginning. Finish with the Circle of words and closure of the activity.
