Pickup details:

We pick up customers in Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, South Kuta, Sanur, Benoa, and Nusa Dua. Please wait in your hotel lobby or at the main entrance at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Your tour guide will meet you there and call your name or contact your hotel room when you arrive. We can also pick you up from areas outside our standard pick-up zones in Bali, but there is an additional fee for this service.

The entrance gate has the "Panorama Destination" logo. Look for the dark-stone office on By Pass Ngurah Rai. You can tell it by the steep Balinese-style roofs and tall, narrow windows. There's a big parking area in the front. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
