- Cold Weather Preparation: This is an outdoor night event at Okurayama where temperatures can drop near or below freezing. Please wear a heavy down coat, gloves, a knit hat, and bring pocket warmers (kairo). Non-slip winter footwear is highly recommended
- Severe Weather Notice: In the event of severe weather such as strong winds or heavy snowstorms, the fireworks and Night Bubble performances may be canceled or altered without prior notice.
- Shiroi Koibito Park Stay: The stay at Shiroi Koibito Park is limited to 60 minutes, which mainly allows time for exploring the free admission areas and shopping.
- Traffic & Winter Road Conditions: Due to winter road conditions and potential traffic congestion, arrival and dismissal times may be subject to change. Thank you for your understanding.
