Namaste Beach Club and Centro Holistico is a nature reserve located on an island 10 minutes by boat from Cartagena. We are the only place in the city dedicated to wellness tourism, we manage an environment of relaxation and tranquility, calm music and a complete agenda of activities to release stress and reconnect. In this specific package, we include a 1-hour yoga session, at 11:00 am, at 3:00 pm we have a special Meditation, guided under a beautiful tree that was consecrated as a Temple of Gratitude, by a MAMO of the tribe of the Arhuacos, older brothers who live in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. We also include a 30-minute relaxing massage with aromatherapy and to finish a fire and CACAO ceremony, with live medicine music, ideal to close the day and integrate everything experienced. As an extra, it is possible to book an Energy therapy with KAKU, our MAMO from the Arhuaco tribe, Chill at the beach in one of our huts, Enjoy the View and take a Swim ata our pools or in the Ocean.

Meeting and pickup

Meeting point

The meeting point is at the back of the Bocagrande hospital in Castillo Grande neighborhood. There you can find a flag with the Namasté logo and our host will be there waiting for you. You must contact us after your purchase to choose the time of the boat you want from 9am to 1pm (13h).

What to expect

Namasté, is a natural reserve, located on the island of Tierrabomba, it is a hotel and also a Holistic center. The beach facilities are beautiful, photogenic and very comfortable, art and nature mix in every detail, to create an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility. You will breathe fresh air, while enjoying a complete agenda of activities focused on your well-being. Yoga, Meditation, massage and to finish fire ceremony, with Cocoa and medicine music. You will enjoy the perfect mix between the beach and the lush vegetation of the tropics. The food is healthy but delicious, vegan, vegetarian and pecetarian. The bar has drinks with special recipes and typical juices from the region.
