The Morne Brabant is a mountain of the south-west of Mauritius, on the peninsula of "Le Morne". As we take elevation, we discover the mesmerizing landscapes of the south west of Mauritius and its beautiful surroundings. Duration - 3H30 - 4H00
Material Needed - Sun cream, Mosquito spray, Hats/Cap, Trekking shoes
Meeting time: 5:50am (1st November to 31st March) - 6:50am (1st April to 31st October)

What to expect
Le Morne Brabant is a mountain of the south-west of Mauritius, on the peninsula of le Morne. Our team has been guiding guests from all over the planet on this majestic rock for the past twelve years.
The hike to the summit of Morne Brabant lasts between three and four hours, depending on the pace and homogeneity of the group.
Some steeper parts of the ascent will require the use of our hands to progress safely towards the top, where we’ll discover the breath-taking views on the west and south-west lagoons and part of of the island!
Hiking starts at the set time only - 6h50 a.m OR 12h50 p.m (afternoon hike not available on Saturdays and Sunday). The hike lasts roughly 3h30 to 4h00.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- We strongly suggest you bring the following with you: 1. Sun Protection - Sunscreen, Lip Balm, Sunglasses, Hat. (our Buff†® bandanna’s are ideally suited as they are designed with moisture-wicking microfibre cloth and can be worn as a headband, wristband, bandanna or as a neck warmer) 2. Hydration - A minumum of 1,5 liters of Water - per person. 3. Insect repellant - Mosquito spray / Bug spray / Allergy Medications. 4. Snacks - Energy bars, Gels, Chews, Trail mix. 5. Camera or Binoculars.
