If your pickup point is IGR Cataratas, Puerto Iguazu Airport: We will wait for you at the arrivals terminal with a sign displaying your name. Please provide us with as many details as possible (street, number, floor, apartment). Important: Always inform us of the number of passengers and luggage size (large/small), or any other relevant details we should know.

Our driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name at the arrivals terminal, easy to spot after exiting the control area.
Regarding waiting times, we track the ETA (estimated time of arrival) and will be at the airport in time for your arrival. Control times can vary between 30 and 90 minutes.
After meeting, you and the driver will walk to the parking lot to access the vehicle and head to your destination in Buenos Aires. The transfer from the airport to the city, with normal traffic, can take between 30 and 45 minutes.
