The event takes place in an Argentine home, a private and relaxed environment where visitors will interact directly with the products used and the people who cook the meat. Emphasis is placed on transmitting the Argentine culture surrounding this tradition: gauchos, cows, history, tradition, techniques, and friendship. Once visitors arrive at the home, they automatically become not just guests, but friends!
