Once booked, we’ll send a detailed step-by-step guide (with text and visuals) so you know exactly what to expect.
2. Pre-Departure Assurance
We send your driver’s name, phone number, license plate, and a real photo of the vehicle.
(We are one of the few offering real car photos — guaranteeing no surprises!)
3. Flight Monitoring
We track your flight in real time. Whether you land early or late, your driver adjusts accordingly.
4. Warm Welcome upon Landing
The moment you land, you’ll receive a welcome message and a photo of your driver holding a name sign in the arrival hall. No wandering, no confusion.

From deplaning to customs and baggage claim, our team is online to assist you in your language. Need currency exchange or a SIM card? Let us know in advance.

To ensure comfort and enough space for luggage, please select based on your group size:
Luggage Capacity (28" suitcase)
1–2 passengers → Sedan (fits up to 2)
3–5 passengers → 7-seater Minivan (fits up to 5)
6–9 passengers → 14-seater Van (fits up to 9)
10–12 passengers → 19-seater Van (fits up to 12)
13–15 passengers → 33-seater Bus (fits up to 15)

Extra Luggage Tip:
If you have more bags than listed, please add one extra passenger when booking.
Example: 2 passengers + 3 bags → Select "3 people".
This ensures we assign a larger, more spacious vehicle.
Booking Tips
Accurate Info: Please provide the correct number of travelers and bags for the best match.
Extra Space: Want more legroom? Simply add one more passenger to your booking for a larger vehicle.
Infant Seats: Need a car seat? Leave a note at least 3 days in advance, and we’ll prepare it free of charge.
Service & Fees
Coverage: Includes up to 50 km (covers almost all downtown Guangzhou hotels).
Outskirts Fee: For distant locations (e.g.Panyu ,Nansha...), a small surcharge applies:
Sedan:~CNY 5/km
Larger Vehicles:Slightly higher rates
Transparency: We confirm all details and extra charges in advance. No hidden fees.
⏰ Waiting Time Policy
Free Waiting: 2 hours after your actual landing time.
Overtime Fee: USD 5 / CNY 35 per half hour thereafter.
No-Show Policy: If we cannot reach you within 2 hours of landing, the driver will leave. This is considered a No-Show, and the service will be marked as completed with no refund.
