1. you will receive detailed information about the driver and vehicle, as well as photos of the driver and vehicle before the trip (we are the only company that can provide photos of the driver and vehicle in advance to ensure that the driver and vehicle that receive you are the same as those you booked). 2. We will pay attention to your flight and keep in touch with you throughout the process. Whether your flight is ahead of schedule or delayed, we will arrive at the airport on time to meet you according to the actual landing time of the plane. 3. We provide up to 2 hours of free wait time, calculated from the actual landing time of your flight. This should be ample time for you to clear customs and retrieve your luggage. 4. If you do not appear during the wait time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your car and no refund will be provided. 5. Overtime waiting fee: (USD10 or RMB70 per hour per car), payable to the driver in cash. 6. Sign and Meeting Point: We will enter the airport arrival hall and greet you at the “baggage claim area” with a sign that has Mr. Orange's logo and your name on it, making it easy to recognize. You don't have to drag your luggage around to find the driver 7.  If your chosen hotel is situated outside this area, we will verify the location with you in advance and may incur a small additional cost due to the extended driving distance. We guarantee that there will be no detours or hidden costs on the tour date, and all relevant expenses will be communicated to you in advance.
