⏰ Waiting Time Policy
Free Waiting: 2 hours after the airplane actual landing time.
Overtime Fee: USD 5 / CNY 35 per half hour thereafter.
No-Show Policy:
If we cannot reach you within 2 hours of landing, the driver will leave. This is considered a No-Show, and the service will be marked as completed with no refund.

What to expect
2. We will pay attention to your flight and keep in touch with you throughout the process. Whether your flight is ahead of schedule or delayed, we will arrive at the airport on time to meet you according to the actual landing time of the plane.
3. We will enter the airport arrival hall and greet you at the baggage claim area with a sign that has Mr. Orange's logo and your name on it, making it easy to recognize. You don't have to drag your luggage around to find the driver
4. Our drivers have undergone professional training and are very familiar with the reception process for foreign tourists.
5. Our vehicles are all for foreign guests, smoke-free, clean, comfortable, quiet, and have spacious trunk space.
6. The journey from Pudong Airport to Hangzhou city center is relatively far, about 200 kilometers, and takes 2.5-3 hours by car. Our driver will take sufficient rest in advance to greet you in the best mental state, providing you with a reliable, comfortable, safe ride experience, and care for your smooth arrival at the Hangzhou hotel.
