We provide up to 2 hours of free waiting time, counting from the flight's actual landing time. Normally, it would be enough for the passengers to clear customs and get their luggage. If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your car and receive no refund. Overtime waiting fee: (USD10 or RMB70 per half hour and per car). Please pay cash to the driver. Sign and Meeting point: The driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the luggage claim area, holding the Mr. Orange sign and the placard with your name on it, which is very easy to recognize. The hotel should be located in Ningbo City downtown as there would be a little extra charge for out-of-range.

2. Shanghai Arrival
Upon arrival at Shanghai airport, the driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the check-in luggage claim area, holding the placard with your name on it, which is very easy to recognize. In case you are unable to see our driver (this has never happened before), we strongly suggest you try the following procedure to get in touch with us. We will do our best to solve your problem on the spot.
Go to the information desk opposite the terminal exit (staff there speak English and are always ready to help).

At the hotel/airport, your driver will help you with luggage and check-in formalities.
