What to expect

One day before your departure:

STEP 1: Our customer service team will recommend the departure time from the hotel based on the estimated departure time of your train.

STEP 2: Our customer service team will leave a message to you through the Viator platform to confirm the hotel departure time and provide you with information about the driver and vehicle.(includs information below:
• Driver’s name
• Driver’s photo
• Driver’s contact Number
• Vehicle’s plate Number
• Vehicle’s branding

On the departure day:

STEP 3: The driver will arrive at the hotel 15 minutes earlier than the agreed departure time. Our customer service team will notify you that the driver is ready to depart.

STEP 4: The driver will be waiting at the hotel entrance with a pick-up sign displaying your name and our company logo.

STEP 5: The driver will assist you with your luggage and ensure that you arrive at the railway station departure level on time in a clean and comfortable vehicle.

STEP 6:If you will take a business class seat, please let us know, we will drop off you to the specific entrance for business class passengers.

STEP 7: The journey from the hotel to the railway station takes approximately 1 hour by car.
