We meet under the raincover that looks like a big mushroom - called Svampen in Swedish. The guide is wearing an orange name tag and an orange hat that says "Xperience Stockholm" and will be waiting for you there. Please arrive 5 to 10 mins ahead of the starting time.

A landmark of the Art Noveau period, this architectural marvel dates back to the 18th-century. Some of Sweden’s most famous stars, including Greta Garbo and Ingrid Bergman (Casablanca), had their start here.
What would Stockholm be without its many parks and green specks? At King’s garden, we explore the importance of green spaces in Stockholm’s urban landscape and we talk about some key features of Swedish architectural phases, from Gothic to Baroque to modern influences. Starting with the garden’s origins in the 15th-century, and going through its many re-inventions, we explore Stockholm past and present. We will also discuss the origin of Sweden’s iconic falu red paint.
The Royal Swedish Opera is a masterpiece dating back to the late 19th-century. At this stop, you will hear about the true Phatom of the Opera - Stockholm style.
Undoubtedly one of the prettiest islands in the Stockholm city center, Skeppsholmen gives us a gorgeous view of the city’s Old Town and is home to important Swedish art museums like the National Museum, Moderna, and ArkDes. We will talk about art, culture, and architecture all the way through this last point.
