ANIMALIA
until August 30, 2026

The Heidi Horten Collection presents an exhibition that invites reflection—while also deeply moving its audience. Animalia explores the close relationship between humans and animals and reveals the many ways we perceive them: as companions, as symbols, as sources of utility, or as projections of our own emotions. Featuring more than 90 works by artists such as Chagall, Hirst, Jermolaewa, Lassnig, Lichtenstein, Marc, Oppenheim, and Warhol, Animalia encourages visitors to reflect. Through stimulating and often surprising perspectives, it offers insight into what it means to be human.
