What's Included
Meeting and pickup
The coffee tasting takes place within the beautiful facilities of the Marquee Hotel, located in Parque Lleras, El Poblado Medellín. You just have to let the receptionists know that you are there for this activity.
What to expect
2. You will blindly grade several coffee types, using a professional coffee sensory protocol. You will be able to interact with the attendees when evaluating them.
3. You will understand how coffee flavors are extracted through some of the best Colombian samples.
4. You will understand concepts such as fragrance, aroma, body and aftertaste, and how they help you enjoy the true taste of coffee.
5. You will appreciate the real difference between low and high quality coffee.
The experience ends with a brief coffee preparation class and some coffee consumption recommendations.
