Pickup is available from hotels, apartments, and designated addresses within central Sapporo or Niseko. Please provide your full pickup address and contact number at the time of booking.
For hotel pickups, your driver will meet you in the lobby near the main entrance at the scheduled time. If your accommodation does not have a lobby (such as an Airbnb or private residence), please wait outside the main building entrance.
Please be ready 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The driver may contact you directly if necessary.
If your pickup location is outside central Sapporo or main Niseko resort areas (Hirafu, Niseko Village, Annupuri), additional charges may apply. Please confirm in advance.
The journey typically takes approximately 2–2.5 hours depending on traffic and weather conditions.
