Shanghai Pudong Private Airport transfer to/from Shanghai City

Pickup is available between Shanghai Pudong International Airport and the selected Shanghai city service area.
For airport pickup, please provide your flight number, arrival date, scheduled landing time, terminal, lead traveler name, passenger count, luggage count, drop-off address, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking. The lead traveler name is required for the airport name sign service.
For airport arrivals, the driver will meet you at the airport arrival exit or another confirmed meeting point with a signboard showing your name. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable after landing, especially during baggage claim and after exiting customs.
Airport arrival pickup includes up to 60 minutes of free waiting time from the flight landing time or confirmed pickup time according to the final arrangement.
For hotel, apartment, station, or city pickup, please provide the exact pickup address, hotel name, building name, entrance details, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, destination terminal, and reachable phone number or WhatsApp.
For hotel or city pickup, the driver will wait at the hotel main entrance or agreed pickup point. City pickup includes up to 30 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
Pickup or drop-off points may be adjusted if stopping or parking is restricted by airport, hotel, apartment, road, police instruction, or local traffic rules.
Please provide the exact passenger count and luggage quantity after booking. Luggage space depends on the selected vehicle, passenger count, and suitcase size. If actual passengers or luggage exceed the selected option capacity, a larger vehicle or additional vehicle may be required, subject to availability and extra cost.
