Begin your adventure by meeting your guide at the designated meeting point at 6:00 AM. Head to the pier and board a traditional small shrimp-tail boat as the city awakens. Cruise along the waterways of Can Tho and experience the beauty of the Mekong Delta in the early morning. Arrive at Cai Rang Floating Market, one of the largest and most iconic floating markets in the Mekong Delta. Learn about the history of river-based trading, local culture, and the unique “bẹo tree” system that traders use to display the products they sell from their boats. Experience the lively atmosphere of the market as hundreds of boats gather to buy and sell fresh produce. Enjoy a local breakfast on the river, take memorable photos, and interact with friendly local traders.

Continue to a family-run rice noodle workshop, where you will discover the centuries-old tradition of noodle making. Watch skilled artisans transform rice into fresh noodles using traditional methods passed down through generations. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the process by spreading rice sheets, carrying them to the drying racks, and cutting them into noodles. Don't miss tasting the famous local specialty known as “noodle pizza.” Next, cruise through the small canals of the Mekong Delta.
