Meeting and pickup
After booking, you will receive a voucher. The instructor's contact details and the exact meeting point at your chosen resort will be sent to you the night before your lesson. Please look for your instructor at the designated meeting point of your selected resort in Sapporo. The exact location will be shared after booking.
What to expect

Q: Do I need to bring my own ski or snowboard equipment?
A: Yes, or you can rent at the ski resort. However, any time spent renting gear during your lesson is included in the lesson time, so it's best to have everything ready before your lesson starts.
Q: What skill levels are the lessons suitable for?
A: We offer lessons for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels for skiing and snowboarding. All participants must be at the same level, and you cannot switch between skiing and snowboarding during the lesson.
Q: How many people can join one coach? The standard is 1–2 learners.
A: Snowboard lessons allow up to 4, ski lessons up to 8, but all must be at a similar level
