What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Our customer service team will reach out to you within 24 hours after booking. Please provide us with your travel details, (the number of people traveling, luggage, pickup/dropoff address). We’re here to help you figure out the best routes and vehicles for your needs.
1. Our driver will be contacting you a day before your pickup via WhatApp or Email.
2. If we don’t find you at the pick-up point 30 minutes after the booking time and we haven’t heard from you, our driver will need to leave and we won’t be able to refund the fee.
3. If there’s any change in your flight schedule, please let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Otherwise, any extra costs will be on you.
4. Our driver will be at the airport based on your flight time. However, if you set a specific pick-up time, we’ll treat it as a one-off pick-up and drop-off order.
What to expect
Each passenger is allowed one 24-inch suitcase plus one cabin bag.
Vehicle capacity:
- 10-seater: 8 pax (8x24" bags + 8 cabin bags max)
Please inform customer service if you are carrying ski gear, and we will automatically assign a 10-seater van to ensure everything fits.
