What to expect
If your transfer involves an airport pickup or drop-off, we will request your flight number. This allows us to verify the correct pickup time and monitor flight arrivals in case of delays.
On the day of travel, your driver will meet you at the agreed pickup point — either at your hotel reception or at the airport arrival area. For airport pickups, the driver will wait in the arrivals hall with a welcome sign displaying the name of the lead traveler.
The vehicle assigned will depend on the size of your group. All vehicles are authorized for tourism transportation in Colombia and operated by professional drivers.
During the journey between Santa Marta and Cartagena (approximately 4–6 hours), a short stop can be made at a roadside service area where travelers may use the restroom or purchase snacks if desired.
We remain available via WhatsApp throughout the process to ensure smooth coordination before and during your transfer.
