We offer a different perspective from the fine-dining world of renowned restaurants like Central and Maido.
We’ll explore noisy and crowdy streets, markets and hole-in-the-wall spots around Central Market and Chinatown in order to try amazing Peruvian delicacies. Every stop is carefully selected for quality, flavor, context and character by local experts.
