This experience is a cultural and anthropological reading of Lima: identity, race, power, memory, social class, contradictions and resistance. All explained through sharp storytelling and great humor on the streets by professional guides and storytellers.
We do talk about history, but only as a tool to understand deeper cultural processes. Expect a critical deconstruction of official narratives, uncomfortable topics, and an honest look at Peru beyond the postcard.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We will meet outside Parque La Muralla, Between Lampa Street, and Amazonas Street, Historical Center of Lima. Tour guide will be wearing a hot pink cap with the logo of "Inka Pride".
The ending point will be at Lima Main Square, Historical Center of Lima.
