    Colonial Lima: We’ll continue our tour in the Historic Center of Lima, where you’ll admire over fifty colonial monuments and landmarks. Highlights include San Martín Square, Jirón de la Unión, the Main Square, the Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Cathedral Basilica, and the City Hall, among many others. Lima, once the capital of the Viceroyalty of Peru, was the most important city of the Spanish Empire in South America.
