Vienna is the european capital with vineyards and a vibrant winery culture. Combine a walk in the vicinity of the city up Nußberg with visting some wineries on the way with tasting some viennese wine with some matching winery food. Nußberg is a 342 meters high mountain north west of the city of vienna that is known for its excellent wines. On this walk up Nußberg you combine indulging in food and wine while having a magnificient view of Vienna. Your guides are local and know all the hidden places and where you get the best wine and the best food together with the best view of Vienna while you can enjoy the conversation with them. Towards the end of the walk we come through Beethoven Park passed a Beethoven monument since Beethoven stayed in the area for some times.

We pick up guests from all Viennese accommodations, from railway stations and from Danube cruise ships that dock in Vienna. If the hotel or the landing stage cannot be reached by car, we will pick you up from a nearby location that is within walking distance.

    We walk up Nußberg that is a wine growing hill in the north west of the City of Vienna. On this walk we enjoy the view of Vienna and the Danube while we have a look at the vineyards that give the best wines. In the further course of our walk we visit wineries to taste Viennese wine that is growing there. In addition we have some typical winery food to go with the wine. On our way back we use the Beethoven Walkway a path that Beethoven used to walk when he was in Heiligenstadt.
