Despite his enslavement in Asia Minor, his profound humility, kindness, and unwavering faith won him deep respect. In 1924, during the population exchange, Greek refugees brought his sacred relics to Euboea, establishing a new sanctuary. Today, thousands of believers from across the globe visit this peaceful church to pray, seeking comfort and healing.
