Which areas are covered by the transportation service?
We offer pickups from the following areas: Cancun Downtown, Cancun Hotel Zone, Puerto Juarez, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Cancun.
What if my hotel isn’t listed?
No problem! Contact us directly and we’ll let you know if pickup is available at your location or provide the closest meeting point.
What does the time on my ticket mean?
The time shown on your ticket indicates when your photo session begins, not your pickup time (Alternatively, if you do not require transportation, the time on your ticket indicates the time the session will begin and the same time you will meet our photography team).
Will I get a confirmation before the start time?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a final confirmation message the day before your session, or a few hours ahead for last-minute bookings, as a friendly reminder.
