Welcome to Uganda, the Pearl of Africa! Today, you'll meet your driver from Emmkamp Tours, who will take you to your hotel for the night. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore Entebbe in the afternoon or unwind and relax at the hotel.

Enjoy lunch and an afternoon boat cruise on the Nile to see the source of the Nile.
Your guide will take you to the Sipi Falls office for a briefing on your hike. You'll meet local guides who will lead you to explore three stunning waterfalls: the 100m, 85m, and 75m falls. The hike starts with the tallest, 100m fall, followed by the 85m fall, and concludes with the 75m fall before returning to your starting point.
After breakfast, drive to Kidepo Valley National Park, located about 700km from Kampala in the rugged, semi-arid region between Uganda’s borders with Sudan and Kenya. Established as a national park in 1962, Kidepo is renowned for its diverse wildlife, featuring over 77 mammal species and around 475 bird species. As Uganda’s most remote park, it offers a truly majestic experience and ranks among Africa’s premier wilderness areas.
In the morning, enjoy a nature walk in the park followed by a midmorning game drive. You'll have the opportunity to spot elephants, zebras, giraffes, large herds of buffalo, warthogs, duikers, Jackson’s hartebeests, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and numerous bird species. You might also see jackals, Roan antelopes, waterbucks, elands, oribis, klipspringers, and more lions. The Park is renowned for its high concentration of endemic Ugandan birds, including ostriches, Kori bustards, vultures, pygmy falcons, hornbills, and eagles. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in a cultural tour of the Karamojong community, where you'll gain insights into their lifestyle and traditions before returning to the lodge for the evening.
Drive to Murchison Falls National Park, one of Uganda's largest conservation areas, home to 76 mammal species and 451 bird species. Explore its open savannah and tropical forests. Enjoy an afternoon game drive, taking in the park’s diverse wildlife and stunning landscapes.
After an early breakfast, set out for a game drive across the open African savanna. Search for lions, leopards, hyenas, buffalo, elephants, Jackson hartebeests, oribis, waterbucks, and Uganda kobs, while spotting various bird species. Enjoy the scenic drive through the savannah, Borassus palm forest, and grasslands to Lake Albert, where the Albert Nile flows north. In the afternoon, take a boat ride up the Nile to Murchison Falls. Marvel at the falls as the Nile squeezes through a 7-meter gap and visit the top to feel the refreshing spray. Return to the lodge afterwards.
Enjoy your breakfast before checking out of the lodge for a long drive to Kibale Forest National Park, with an en-route lunch. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and take the Bigodi Walk. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast on Day 9, pack some snacks and water, then meet your safari driver to head to Kanyanchu Park Headquarters for a briefing. You'll be guided into the forest to track habituated chimpanzees and possibly other primate species. After spending an hour with the chimps, return to the lodge for lunch.

Spend the morning exploring the park’s diverse wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, hyenas, waterbucks, Ugandan kob, and even the elusive leopard. After a thrilling wildlife encounter, return to your lodge for a delicious lunch.
In the afternoon, set out on a scenic boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel. This relaxing journey offers a chance to observe hippos in their natural habitat, as well as crocodiles, water birds, and other fascinating aquatic wildlife.
Start your day with a leisurely breakfast before traveling to the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, renowned for its unique tree-climbing lions. Although spotting these lions can be challenging, with a chance of about 70%, the experience of seeing them perched high in the trees is truly memorable.
Join us early this morning for an unforgettable trek to find mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The park's lush, forested mountains create a stunning backdrop against the surrounding cultivated hills. Once inside, you'll be immersed in the rich sounds, smells, and sights of this pristine African jungle.
Enjoy breakfast before departing for Lake Mburo National Park, passing through Mbarara City. Upon arrival at your accommodation, take some time to rest before embarking on an afternoon game drive. During the drive, you'll have the opportunity to spot impressive wildlife such as eland antelopes, zebras, topi, impalas, Uganda kob, and Cape buffaloes. After the drive, return to your accommodation for a relaxing evening, dinner, and overnight stay.
Enjoy an early breakfast before heading out for a guided morning walk in Lake Mburo National Park with an armed ranger from Uganda Wildlife Authority. This walk offers a chance to get up close to zebras, giraffes, eland, topi, and Cape buffaloes. Hike up to the hilltop for a stunning view of Lake Mburo and the surrounding landscape, including nine of the twelve lakes in the area. After the walk, return to your accommodation for check-out and begin your journey to Entebbe airport. En route, stop at the equator for some memorable photos before your flight home.
