To ensure a seamless pickup, all travelers must provide their Full Hotel Name, Exact Location, and Room Number at least 24 hours before the tour begins. You can provide this during booking or by messaging us.
Many hotels in Cairo and Giza have strict security gates. Having your room number allows our driver to verify the pickup with hotel security and contact you through the front desk if you are not in the lobby.
Please be ready in the Main Lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Do not wait at the hotel gate or outside, as drivers are often required to park in specific staging areas.
Itinerary

1Bahariya Oasis
Drive from Cairo to Bahariya Oasis, have lunch at a local restaurant then load our 4WD cars with our equipment and food and venture into the desert. Our first stop is the Black Desert with its volcanic mountains covered by black dolerite rocks, we will hike to the top of one of the mountains to admire the amazing landscape then continue our drive to visit the small oasis of El-Haiz famous for its springs then visit the Crystal Mountain and Agabat Valley with its breathtaking scenery. Afterwards we will drive to the White Desert where we are going to setup our camp for the night. Enjoy our BBQ dinner and overnight camping under the stars

2White Desert
Breakfast, then start to explore the White Desert and its alien-looking landscape then drive to the sand dunes for some Sandboarding action. Afterwards we drive back to Bahariya Oasis, have Lunch then drive back to Cairo.
