The tour starts by picking you at your Nairobi Hotel 7:00AM. You will later set out for an afternoon game drive in the reserve.
After an early breakfast set out for an early morning game drive in the reserve. This is usually the most popular game viewing time. During the early hours temperatures are low, thus providing a favorable atmosphere both for the game and the viewer. Lion, Cheetah and Leopard roam the vast grasslands in search for their next meal.
Depart samburu after the morning game drive with picnic lunches and drive to the floor of the Great Rift Valley via the Thomson falls and the Subukia escarpment view point for lunch and then proceed to the Lake Nakuru National park.
Heading further south towards Narok, we proceed towards the Masai mara arriving in time for lunch , see Big 5
Today shall be a game viewing extravaganza! Masai Mara Game reserve remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system . It is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region. The scenic appeal of the tree studded savannah plains, the moderate climate and diversity of wild game species makes it a one stop shop for game viewing activities. We shall traverse the Masai Mara reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser game. Picnic lunch shall be by the Mara river as we watch hippos & crocodiles or maybe the great migration (July – October)
Full day game viewing coupled with exploring this spectacular Park. The Mara is the land of African legend: Lion are abundant throughout the park, as are the elephants, giraffes, and a variety of gazelle species and zebra. Cheetah and leopard are also regularly seen and, less commonly, rhino. The annual wildebeest migration, one of nature's few remaining wildlife spectacles, occurs in the Mara from July to September where the big animals and their predators are to be present in abundance during the time frame of this trip. Several species of Bee-Eater, the flying rainbow that heads the list of the Mara's birds, occur in the reserve. As well as wildlife, the Maasai Mara is also home to many members of the colorful Maasai tribe who may be seen around the borders of the park - Morans (warriors) loping across the plains, young boys herding goats, or elders grouped under a tree discussing matters of the day .A visit to a Maasai boma (homestead) reveals this outstanding culture and customs.
We do an early morning game drive followed by breakfast at the lodge and thereafter drive to Narok where Masai souvenirs can be bought, thereafter proceeding towards Naivasha.
Hell’s Gate by riding a bike or by vehicle, visit the gorges then after lunch depart Naivasha and drive via Nairobi to reach Amboseli in the late afternoon.
Day spent exploring this park. The waters from melted snow of Mt Kilimanjaro drain down under lava flows and surface on the Amboseli plains, creating a green belt of swampland amidst dusty plains.
You will go for your morning breakfast then the game drive en route when getting out of the national park. You will arrive in Nairobi at late lunch time and go for your lunch. After that you will be driven to the airport for your next destination or to your hotel.
