Day 1
Nairobi to Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Our driver guide will pick you up from your Nairobi Hotel or airport. After briefing drive to Olpejeta conservancy with a stopover at the equator crossing, the imaginary line that divides the earth into 2 hemispheres: north and south. There is a big sign where you will be able to take a photo saying you are now crossing the equator then proceed with the journey and arrive in time for lunch. In the evening you will depart for a game viewing drive in the conservancy. Return back to the camp for a sumptuous buffet dinner ending with good time for resting at the camp.

Day 2
Ol Pejeta to Aberdare National Park

Aberdare National Park
After breakfast head out for a gamedrive at the park search of wildlife including all the big five animals (elephant, rhino, lion, cheetah, and buffalo) among other game. The conservancy also has a special sanctuary that shelters several the rare and endangered species including black rhino, Gravy’s zebra, the Jackson’s hartebeest, and Chimpanzees. The Chimpanzee sanctuary is the only one in Kenya. It is a home for orphaned and abused chimpanzees, rehabilitating them to help them learn to live by themselves as in their own habitat.

Day 3
Aberdare National Park Gamedrive

After an early breakfast head out in search of elephants to rhinos, leopards, monkeys, buffaloes, zebras, and bushbucks wildlife thrives at the Aberdare. While that alone is fascinating, you should see the park’s scenery and the unmistakable allure it conjures. You will experience a captivating scenery to obsess over, the Chania and Karuru waterfalls included with colorful vibrancies of over 250 bird species for birders’ to spot. The game drives continue until lunchtime, when you have it in the jungle. You then continue with the game drive after lunch. While you’ll still spot generous amounts, high temperatures make wildlife harder to spot in the afternoons. Not to worry, though; the Aberdare scenery more than compensates for this. Take it all in; the clear cascading waters, scattered acacias, forested ravines, and open moorlands.

Day 4
Aberdare - Solio Ranch

After breakfast, depart for Solio and begin your game viewing in one of Kenya’s least busy private game reserves. The wildlife is abundant, making for easy and plentiful sightings. It also means there is no need to rush out first thing, unless you want to, of course! Spend time with the prolific numbers of black and white rhinos and spot four out of the ‘big five’ (there are no elephants at Solio as they have been purposely fenced out to preserve the vegetation for the endangered black rhino). Reticulated giraffe, eland, waterbuck, lion, leopard, cheetah and many other species can all be spotted. Later drive back to Nairobi with lunch enroute. Drop off at your hotel or at the airport.
