Having a guided fishing trip is an experience of its own. However, having an experienced fishing guide is the only way to elevate your experience to a whole other level.
I have mapped the huge areas around the fishing hotspots of the Ionian Sea, where fish hunt, mate, and reside which eliminates some of the guesswork involved with fishing. Yes, that's a big-time investment.
I've been guiding people to fishing success for the last decade and have been running my own fishing YouTube channel with thousands of subscribers since 2013.
Sea can be unpredictable so can fishing, so I can't guarantee success and trophy-sized specimens each and every time, however after all these years I learned how to translate fish behavior and fish migration patterns which can greatly increase our success rates.
With us, you would be able to catch almost every predatory fish that can be found in the Ionian Sea.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
I will be stationed opposite of the Heroes square, just behind the blue ticket station (Lefkada Palace Boat).
I will be arriving by the sea 45-30 minutes before the start time of the trip. I will be arriving by the sea with a speed boat (6 meters). Look for the Svelto stickers (name of the boat) on the starboard and for the fishing rods. I will be holding an "Ionian Fishing" sign upon arrival.
What to expect
Depending on the season, sea conditions and target species we can craft a fully inclusive itinerary around the countless islands and islets of the Ionian Sea.
We usually start our day at dawn (depending on the season time will differ). After picking you and your party up we will start with a brief lesson of techniques and tackle. Depending on your experience I would suggest the most fun, effective and efficient techniques.
After reaching the desired fishing hotspot we will start scouting the area with the bottom imaging sonar trying to identify the sea floor and where the fish are located on that given point.
Then we will start practicing the desired techniques and I will be guiding you through the process.
All fish caught are going to be released in the wild using the best C&R practices to ensure the wellbeing of the environment.
Depending on the season we could take a brief break mid-day (especially in the scorching summer months) where we could chill at a secluded beach for swimming and snorkeling or a stop traditional Greek tavern.
