Our Daily Bike Tours explore the historic suburbs of Riga, covering the most interesting sections of Riga.
The bike tour rides along the river before entering the Moscow district. The area which became the Jewish ghetto during WWII is one of the most interesting areas in Riga. We then explore the trendy Central district to find some nice bars and cafes and street art.
These tours ride off the tourist route, showing a different, more realistic side of Riga, from the comfortable saddle of a city bike.

We start with a short history of Riga in the town square to set the scene for the tour
To understand Riga and Latvia you need to look back towards the end of the Russian Empire. 1905 is pivotal in Latvia's story.
Riding along the banks of the river Daugava on our 3pm tour, we get a great view towards Riga's TV and Radio tower.
On our 15:00 tour we ride into the Moscow district. In the are that was the former Jewish Ghetto, we will visit the Old Jewish cemetery. The Moscow region also holds a lot of unique wooden housing.
We discover the oldest suburb of Riga and learn about how the area flourished into the 20th century. Later being used as the Jewish ghetto in WW2
The 15:00 tour explores the area around Tallinnas and Miera streets, including the Tallinnas Quarter, to discover the hip heart of the city. Underground bars, microbreweries and street art abound.
We will pass through central Riga long bike lanes to discover the city life as it is today.
