    Chan Chan

    Chan Chan Our first stop will be in Chan Chan, ancient capital of the Chimú culture and which has been included in the list of World Heritage by UNESCO since 1986. The city is made up of nine palaces, religious temples, production and housing areas. for both the nobility and the people. During our visit we will visit the Nik An palace which is the only one that has been restored, during the tour you will find ceremonial plazas, small altars, patios, warehouses, a ceremonial well and finally the funerary platform where King Chimú was buried; Many of these sectors are decorated with beautiful reliefs of waves, cormorants, pelicans, fish, rhombuses and other geometric figures and in general designs inspired by the sea. At the end of the visit we will be able to understand the greatness of the city and the Chimú culture.

    Huanchaco

    Huanchaco – Preparation of ceviche. We head to Huanchaco where we will learn the secrets of preparing the most representative dish and drink of Peru (Ceviche and Pisco Sour). An expert bartender will show us the ingredients and how to prepare this delicious Peruvian cocktail called Pisco Sour, then the restaurant chef will teach us how to prepare a delicious ceviche which has been recognized as the most traditional dish in Peru. Includes tasting.
