The Luxembourg Lakei is a notorious criminal in the city. He seems nice, but he steals and cheats. All the locals are terrified of him. The police have not been able to find him yet, but he must be somewhere in the city. However, there is a trail and several witnesses who have seen him. It's up to you to find him.
