Usually our company representative and the driver guide will be at the arrival terminal of the airport waiting for the clients. They will be wearing a uniform labelled RENY SAFARIS LTD and carrying placards bearing the clients' name for easier identification
Pick up from Nairobi at 7am by our representatives. After the meet and greet and briefings, you shall leave Nairobi for Nakuru. Upon arrival in Nakuru, you shall check in to Lake Nakuru Lodge. This journey goes through the beautiful landscape of the Great Rift Valley escarpments. We shall have an afternoon game drive through the park which is home to thousands of flamingos and over 400 species of birds. The park is a habitat of the endangered rhinos, giraffes, zebras, different antelopes, African rock pythons and other reptiles, lions, leopards etc. Lake Nakuru houses Kenya’s first rhino sanctuary and one of the largest concentrations of black rhinoceros in the world a large population of white rhino. The park features the picturesque Malaika Waterfalls. Also of interest is an area of 188 km around the lake fenced off as a sanctuary to protect Rothschild giraffes.
An early morning breakfast before we depart from Nakuru to Masai Mara National Park arriving in the afternoon for a check in to Mara Sopa Lodge. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, all the Big 5, black-mane lions, leopard and cheetah but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya including over 450 species of birds all shall be part of our evening game drive. Masai Mara is home of one of the natural wonders of the world- The Great Wildebeest Migration which takes place between July and October. Dinner and overnight stay at the Mara Sopa Lodge. Meals on Full Board basis.
Full day spent for viewing the Great Migration and predators hunting and exploring the parks amazingly high concentration of wild animals. The Great Migration includes millions of animals majorly wildebeests and others migrating from Serengeti in Tanzania to the Mara. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During the stay we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Sopa Lodge. Meals: Full Board.
After breakfast, depart Mara for Nairobi with an en-route game drive, arriving in the afternoon. Drop off at the airport for your onward flight.
