Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Our shuttle will pick you up from your hotel.

- For your safety, our pilots and the aviation federation may decide to cancel your flight due to weather conditions or if the wind is too strong. We always prioritize safety. Please do not feel sorry that you cannot fly. On the contrary, you should thank us for that.
- The price you pay includes everything. There will be no extra price. (Shuttle Service, Hill Entrance Fee, Paragliding and Video)

- If your flight is canceled due to weather conditions, you will definitely be refunded. Your money will be refunded. If you consider that there is a delay in the refund. We want you to know that this is not a situation related to our company. All banking refunds usually take a week or 2 weeks.
- The flight duration will be between 10 and 15 minutes depending on weather conditions. The whole event usually takes between 1 to 1 and a half hours. How the planning process works: Departure to the take-off area, Safety briefing, Equipment connection, The pilot can wait for the right wind to take off from the hill, Experience the flight, Review photos/videos and then rest and Shuttle bus. This information allows you to plan the rest of your day and maximize your vacation time.
