For Hotel Guests: If you're staying at a hotel, our team will be waiting for you in the arrival hall, parked to the side in a white Voxy/Noah. A team member will be holding a signboard with the lead traveler's name for easy identification. For Airport Arrivals (Sangster International Airport): Upon arrival, please make your way to the arrival area, next to the information desk. Once outside, look for a team member wearing an Island VIP Concierge-branded shirt, holding a signboard with the lead traveler’s name. We look forward to welcoming you!
