1. Airport Arrivals from Domestic: The vehicle will be at the airport in accordance with the real-time arrival schedule. Additional cost will be collect by the chauffeur cash or credit card in the vehicle. Please note that food, smoking, e-cigarettes, vapes, alcohol, and weapons are strictly prohibited in our vehicles for the safety and comfort of all passengers. 2.Airport Arrivals from International: For international customers if you have global entry than chauffeur will be there when is flight is gated, but if you don't have global entry than chauffeur will be there 30 minutes after the flight has gated. For International passengers when booking your trip please let us know if you have global entry or you have to go through customs. 3.Airport pickup: For curbside airport pick up the chauffer may take 15 minutes or more due to traffic, because the chauffer is 10 minutes away from the terminal and also, we need to pick up airport stamp and to get that you have to go through lots of traffic (Busy time's/Holidays). 4.We offer hotel pickup service from any hotel within the Chicagoland area. Our comprehensive booking system is fully automated and meticulously organized. You will receive notifications 24 hours prior to your reservation, as well as updates at each stage of your journey, from en route, arrival, to drop-off. 5.Meet & greet is not included in the service only curbside pickup. *Luxury SUV Up to 6 Passenger Capacity *Up to 5 medium size Luggage/Bags If you have extra luggage, just give us a heads up ahead of time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
