You will receive notifications 24 hours prior to your reservation, as well as updates at each stage of your journey, from en route, arrival, to drop-off. Please note that food, smoking, e-cigarettes, vapes, alcohol, and weapons are strictly prohibited in our vehicles for the safety and comfort of all passengers.

If you have oversized luggage, please let us know when you book the trip as it will not cause confusion and misunderstanding. The SUV has a 6-passenger capacity and up to 5 medium bags. Please note that the listed price for this product covers travel within approximately 18-20 miles around O'Hare/Midway Airport. Any additional mileage will incur extra charges, payable directly to the chauffeur, either in cash or via card.
