Meeting and pickup
Round-trip transportation is available (if this option was selected) from most hotels located in the Cancun Hotel Zone, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, and Playa del Carmen. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide the exact pickup time at your hotel or the address of the nearest meeting point to your location. If your hotel or accommodation is located outside these areas, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide a quote for transportation and activity from your specific location.
Our meeting point it´s located in the Marina Albatros / Sail away Cancun in the kilometer 3.5 at the Cancun hotel zone. (Next to Temptation Hotel, by the minimarket) We depart everyday at 09:30am and 12:30 pm
