The Begijnhof is a historic and picturesque enclosed courtyard located in the heart of Amsterdam.
The Munttoren, or Mint Tower, is a historic tower located at the busy intersection of the Amstel River and the Singel canal in Amsterdam. In 1618, a large fire destroyed most of the gate, including one of the towers. The surviving tower was rebuilt in 1620, incorporating a new upper section designed by the architect Hendrick de Keyser. This renovation gave the Munttoren its current distinctive appearance.
The Skinny Bridge is a popular spot for romantic walks and photography. It is especially beautiful when illuminated at night. During this spot, you'll learn more about the history of the bridge and answer quizzes.
