Tour begins from your hotel in Amman by our comfortable vehicles to Qasr Al Harrana,. Named Al-Harrana Castle as it is positioned in the Al-Harrana Valley; the square fortress was resurrected during the reign of Al-Walid ibn Abd al-Malik. The castle has been restored several times as a result of the constant invading empires. Located on the international road on the way to Azraq, visitors are encouraged to get medieval and explore inside the fortress walls. Next, you will continue to Quseir Amra..
Second stop is Quseir Amra, one of Jordan’s UNESCO world heritage sites, which is built during the reign of the Umayyad caliph Yazid bin Abd al-Malik, who is considered to be the sixth caliph of the Umayyad successors, Quseir Amra is believed to have been a location to aid in hunting. With the preservation of castle carvings and fresco paintings the Quseir Amra is sure to be a castle experience unlike the others. After around 1 hour driving you will be at third part of this tour Qsar Al-Azraq.
From Quseir Amra continue for an hour by air-conditioned vehicle to Qsar Al Azraq. The castle is almost square, with 80-meter local black basalt long walls encircling a central courtyard. In the middle of the courtyard is a small mosque that may date from the Ayyubid period, along with the main well. At each corner of the outer wall, there is an oblong tower. The primary entrance is a single massive hinged slab of basalt, which leads to a vestibule where one can see carved into the pavement the remains of a board game. Above the entrance area is the chamber that was used by Lawrence during his stay in Qasr al-Azraq. The caretaker of the castle has a collection of photographs of Lawrence; in fact, his father was one of the Arab officers who served with the legendary Brit. After finishing this tour it will take around 2 hours to back with the driver to your hotel in Amman.
