Our staff will be waiting for you at the meeting point to begin your adventure. We will send you your contact information so you can locate it. Upon arrival, look for parking near the marina; you can use the park or the PayByPhone zones.

This activity ends back at the meeting point.
What to expect
We will provide you with a refrigerator with ice and water for your trip. Once on board, you can connect the Bluetooth to play your own music and decide with the captain what you would like to do. Options include touring the bay for sightseeing or simply stopping on an island to enjoy the water. Then, just relax on this beautiful boat. We always recommend that you bring your own alcoholic beverages and ready food. Some recommendations are sushi or cold foods. You can also choose to call a catering company to have everything shipped to our location before the start time.
Please note that we work on a tight schedule, so the boat must set sail at the start time and charters must end at the scheduled time, unless an extension is allowed for an additional fee.
The captain's fee is not included in the price and must be paid directly to the captain, preferably in cash.
The selection process of captain signing the contract and Boating Safety ID (if needed) must be done before the trip via online

- Protocol in case of rain upon arrival:
- We will wait up to 20 minutes after the start time for the weather to improve.
- If there is no improvement, we will act according to the weather protection selected by the customer during payment.
- The person who presented their ID at the reservation must necessarily go on the trip, if they do not show up, the trip will not take place.
- Service Start Time: Service duration is counted from the reserved time slot, not the customer's arrival time.
- Delay Policy: The boat captain will assess whether waiting is feasible without disrupting operations. The decision is at the captain's sole discretion.
- No-Show Consequence: Significant delays may be treated as a "no-show", resulting in trip cancellation without refund—especially if the delay impacts duration, safety, or logistics.
- Key Recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid issues.
- We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling on the day of travel, except in cases of bad weather.
