What to expect
Embark on a journey through the heart of Miami with our 2-hour tour. Slide through still waters, admiring the skyline and iconic spots. Sail alongside Bayside Marketplace, the Port of Miami and the Miami Heat Arena. Marvel at the villas of Hibiscus, Palm and Star Island. This tour takes place in one of our three identical 37-foot Sundancer boats, ensuring the same experience.

- Service Start Time: Service duration is counted from the reserved time slot, not the customer's arrival time.
- Delay Policy: The boat captain will assess whether waiting is feasible without disrupting operations. The decision is at the captain's sole discretion.
- No-Show Consequence: Significant delays may be treated as a "no-show", resulting in trip cancellation without refund—especially if the delay impacts duration, safety, or logistics.
- Key Recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid issues.
- The captain selection process, contract signing, and Boating Safety ID (if required) must be completed online before the trip.
