North entrance (the one that looks at the ocean), the guide will be waiting there, we suggest taking a Taxi or Uber from your accommodation to the meeting point.

We begin by preparing a classic Chilean pebre with vibrant tomatoes, crisp onions, and aromatic cilantro (or chives, if you prefer). Next, you’ll roll up your sleeves to knead and craft your own oven-baked empanadas, choosing from traditional Pino (meat) or a rich cheese filling. If empanadas aren’t your choice, you can opt for a stuffed avocado or another vegetable-based appetizer.
The culinary journey continues with your selection of five quintessential Chilean dishes. Options include the hearty Charquicán (with or without meat), comforting Cazuela (with chicken or meat), the seasonal Pastel de Choclo (a delightful corn pie), the delicate Cancato (featuring butterfish or salmon), or a refreshing serving of Ceviche.
We finish by savoring these creations with a glass of wine and/or a classic Pisco Sour. To complete the experience, indulge in a dessert featuring seasonal fruit—a sweet, refreshing finale that perfectly complements the meal.
