The tour begins in Canmore, with additional pickups in Banff. To ensure a smooth and timely departure, please be ready 10 minutes before your designated pickup time at your chosen location. Canmore Guests: Your pickup marks the official start of the tour. Banff Guests: Your pickup is approximately 30 minutes after the tour starts in Canmore (to allow travel from Canmore). Pickup times vary by location—please refer to your specific pickup time for accurate details. Being ready early helps keep the tour on schedule for everyone!

Upon arrival at Lake Louise, you’ll have up to four full hours to experience this world-renowned destination at your own pace. Stroll the scenic lakeshore trail and capture postcard-perfect views, rent a canoe and glide across the crystal-clear waters, or simply relax on a bench and take in the tranquil mountain atmosphere. For those seeking adventure, Lake Louise is a gateway to some of Banff National Park’s most celebrated hikes: Lake Agnes Tea House, Little Beehive & Big Beehive, and Plain of Six Glaciers. Your guide will happily suggest trails to match your interests, photo-worthy viewpoints, and share tips on how to make the most of your visit. - The mornings at Moraine Lake is chilly! Dress in layers to stay warm and ready for unpredictable mountain weather.
- In order to participate all adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18. Failure to complete the waiver will result in the cancellation of your tour.
- No-shows, missed departures, or unused services are non-refundable.
- We require at least 4 guests for the tour to proceed. If we don’t reach this minimum number, we will offer you options to reschedule or receive a full refund.
