We will email you 3 days before your service to confirm your pick-up date, time, and location.
Driver details are not provided in advance as they may change.
**Driver Contact**
The driver will contact you via WhatsApp or email the night before or on the day of service.
Please ensure your WhatsApp number is correct and reachable.
**Airport Pick-Up**
-Meet & Greet: The driver will wait at the arrival hall with a name sign. We offer 90 minutes of free waiting time after flight landing.
-Non Meet & Greet: We will send you a detailed pick-up location map in advance.
**Non-Airport Pick-Up**
For city or hotel pick-ups, the driver will wait up to 20 minutes at your confirmed meeting point (such as hotel lobby or entrance).
**Vehicle Options – Fully insured, comfortable private cars with professional drivers**
-Up to 5 passengers: Fits up to 5 suitcases (24-inch size). Toyota Alphard or similar.
-Up to 8 passengers: Fits up to 8 suitcases. Toyota Hiace.
Please select the vehicle type based on the total number of passengers and your luggage size. If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse the service.
